1. Estimate Quotes & Project Validity

All residential and commercial quotes provided by Tri-State Gutter Masters LLC are completely free of charge and carry no initial customer obligation. Estimates are compiled after a physical inspection of home rafter, shingles, and exterior dimensions. Written quote sheets remain legally valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date.

2. Property Site Inspections & Access

By submitting an estimate request form on our site, you authorize owner Derek A. or an authorized team representative to enter the exterior parameters of the designated service location address for the sole purpose of measuring gutters, calculating downspout counts, and assessing wood rot on soffit or fascia trim. We do not require access inside your residential property, nor will we enter closed garages or outbuildings without direct owner presence.

3. Rotted Woodwork & Fascia Policies

During physical installation, if our team discovers structural wood rot on cedar fascia boards, rafter tails, or soffits that was not visible during initial diagnostic inspections, we will halt progress and consult with the property owner. To maintain warranty integrity, we cannot attach heavy metal seamless gutters to rotted wood substrates. We will offer an itemized carpentry estimate to structurally replace rotted wood before finishing the seamless gutter extrusion run.

4. Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

All custom seamless gutter system installations fabricated on-site by Tri-State Gutter Masters LLC are backed by our formal Lifetime Workmanship Warranty, covering the physical installation and alignment of your gutters for as long as you own the home. This warranty specifically covers sagging gutters, bracket detachments, leaking miter joints, or alignment issues resulting directly from workmanship and installation errors.

Limitations & Exclusions (Acts of God & Maintenance): This warranty strictly excludes coverage for any damages resulting from environmental factors, natural disasters, or acts of God (including but not limited to falling trees/limbs, structural shifts or settling of the building, severe windstorms, tornadoes, heavy hail impacts, lightning, or severe ice damming). Additionally, issues arising from neglect, lack of routine cleaning, or blockages in systems without leaf guards are not covered by this warranty. Workmanship warranties are non-transferable unless authorized in writing by Tri-State Gutter Masters LLC.
